Orders and confirmation
These terms explain how orders, payment, delivery, and return requests are handled by Him & Her By Paris. Choose your available colour and size and provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout.
Our team may contact you to confirm availability, your address, and delivery arrangements before dispatch. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you to discuss the next step.
Prices and payment
Website prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is Cash on Delivery. Review the products, discounts, delivery information, and total before placing your order. We do not collect payment-card details through this website.
Delivery in Lebanon
Delivery is $5 for orders below $100. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $100 or more; checkout shows the $5 delivery saving. Delivery timing is confirmed with our team and depends on the destination and courier schedule.
Syria and Jordan
Delivery fees are not included in the website order total for Syria or Jordan. We will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery fee before your order is dispatched.
Returns within 10 days
Contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange a free return. Items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging. Contact our team before sending anything back so we can confirm the return method and resolution.
For a wrong or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order details and photos. See our Returns & refunds page for the process.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will check the order status and explain what can be arranged before dispatch.
